- •Rest of Europe (Poland, Greece, Nordic countries…): €750.
- •North America, Caribbean, Middle East: €1,300 to €1,500.
- •Asia, South America: €1,800 to €1,900.
- •Oceania: €2,400, the highest zone.
- •French overseas territories (Martinique, Guadeloupe…): €1,100 to €2,200 depending on the zone.
